Core Values
Gratitude: we love to celebrate greatness in others.
Iteration: every day a little better. Our bar for quality is high, but we prioritize shipping often over “polish until perfect”.
Kindness: we believe we must be excellent to each team member, customer and person we encounter.
Ownership: Memfault is each employee’s company, and every employee is empowered to carry ideas and business changes forward.
Transparency: we believe ownership and empowerment require transparency, and by default have all conversations in the open and share business data.
Community: we understand the importance of collaboration with those inside and outside of Memfault. We are generous and considerate with our time, talent, and energy.
Location
Offices in San Francisco, Boston, New York City, and Berlin
- Fully in-office and hybrid are a-OK. Fully remote we will do for the right candidates. We are set up as a fully remote company, but we encourage people to come into the office to build relationships.
- We have regular meetups at our offices for local employees who are interested to attend
- To ensure it’s possible to schedule meetings, we are not looking to expand hiring outside our current timezones: from UTC-8 (PST) to UTC+2 (CET)
- We currently have company-wide off-sites 1x/year
Memfault Engineering
- Engineering is mostly in US East (Boston, NYC) and Europe (Berlin), with some in San Francisco (mostly Field Engineering)
- Engineering is split roughly equally between US and EU
